When the Iron Curtain fell in the ‘90s, the expat wave hit Prague hard – bringing Canadian Glenn Emery and American Glenn Spicker with it. Canadian Glenn launched the legendary Jo’s Bar right here on Malostranské náměstí 7. A place that has become a hotspot for both expats and locals. American Glenn opened a jazz joint around the corner, finest Tex-Mex restaurant Agave, Burrito Locos scattered around the city and many other places.

Jo’s Bar was the first though! And That’s why American Glenn decided to take this iconic venue over after the pandemic. He gave it a fresh face, and cheekily crowned it OG Original Glenn’s.
