Milan lives for the art of the perfect pairing. He’s the kind of guy who picks a bottle based on his mood and then figures out the exact meal to match it – whether that’s pairing a crispy grilled fish with a sharp Mosel Riesling or dropping a heavy Nebbiolo next to some wild game.
